As the result of a continuous research and development process focused on the demands of our Customers, this new machine allows to simultaneously inject 2 different types of fillings, inside each other, internally to any bakery product.
The new concept, thought to improve on the preceding injection systems, presents the following advantages:
- 1. It considerably reduces the filling flow travel between the dosing cylinder and the injection needles improving weight accuracy and ensuring a perfect anti-drip hold.
- 2. It keeps the fillings separate for the entire flow travel up to the outlet of the injection needles.
- 3. It allows to independently adjust the weight of the two types of fillings.
- 4. Every injector is independently controlled: no product – no injection.
- 5. The machine is designed for automatic CIP washing.
- 6. The new concept can be applied to fill products either horizontally or vertically.
