The cookie crumb dough mix is dosed volumetrically into moulds of several shapes which can be made of : metal, plastic, aluminium or paper.
The characteristics of the line remain the same as for the "Tartomatic 1000 " so standard pies as well as cheese cakes can be produced simply by changing parts. | | | | The maximum output rate for cheese cakes with rim is 15 pcs/min.
The maximum output rate for cheese cakes without rim is 20 pcs/min. | | | | The COMAS lines model "TARTOMATIC 1000-Cheesecakes" have customized configurations in accordance with the customer's requirements: based on the product, on the type of foil or mould and the variety of fillings.
