This is an automatic topping line for "Flammkuchen" - "Tarte Flambée" and in Alsatian
"Flammeküche"; with cream milk and pre-cut products like onions and smoked bacon.
Comas has been able to come up with this new line given the important requirements by
our customers together with the experience acquired in the topping field.
The technical features of the line are:
- Working width 700 mm.
- Length 7.850 mm.
- Number of rows: 2.
- Production capacity: 2.400 toppings/hr.
- Electronic control with PLC Siemens S7 and "touch screen" operator panel.
- Line designed to be washed down with water.
WORKING PROCESS
Continuous running belt conveyor, controlled
by an inverter, with reference marks to target
load the sheeted dough bases.
Volumetric depositor with independent
pistons model DN-2 to deposit cream milk.
This depositor is fitted on a frame with
castors independent from the line.
Bell-shaped heads and multi-nozzle dosing plates
for uniform and targeted cream milk deposit.
This unit is provided with a carriage to follow
during the depositing operation.
